It is odd that so grown grown still refuse to accept responsibility for their own decisions, and want to blame the government, capitalism, society or a male dominated patriarchal society waging an undeclared war against women for all their bad decisions.
Such people never achieve adulthood. They want to remain wards of the State for their entire lives. But they don't actually remain children - they just remain emotionally frozen at the most objectionable stage of adolescence.
