On a slightly tangential argument, I think the disadvantage brought on by displacement of populations due to them not being genetically aligned to a particular environment is negligible. Especially with most of us being able to control the environment in a way we weren't able to do back in the 15th century. The advantages in the reduction of frictional unemployment to a liberal economy is infinitely greater. ---
