are more skilled at taking money out of my pocket to justify keeping them out. A dishonest elecrical plumber from Pakistan with a bad back is no more
useful than an illiterate Afghan peasant. Both will put their hands in my
pocket at the first opportunity, and the plumber is less deserving of
sympathy, compassion or charity.
