Ummm...I suggest you read up on street children who often starve to death (for example)..I think you would have to see it in person to appreciate the true impact of this reality if you can't imagine it. I'm reasonably sure that, in exchange for certain incentives or disincentives, it may well be a possibility that these countries will change their tune. It should not necessarily be assumed that officials are unable or unwilling to 'weigh' the life of a starving, maltreated or abused child to the way it is raised in a first world western democracy. Don't get me wrong. Atrocious examples of gay people do exist I've met one or two. But I think they number in approximately equal % as *bad* heterosexual parents.
