define civil liberties. But I will venture that it is difficult to fight crime
without restriction of liberties. The right of search (even with a search warrant) is a restriction of civil
liberties, but if there is reasonable suspicion, is it not justified? Some people may feel that building nuclear bombs for fun and profit is an
acceptable practice, most would not. Is banning it not a restriction of civil
liberties?
