Oh come on Strawman, that is getting a bit rich. Blaming the government for the couples lack of foresight, lack of planning in arranging a car that had the necessary equipment to transport their baby? What would have happened if the car had an accident and the baby dies as a result? There is a reason why their is the necessary safety laws in relation to babies, in that babies have a habit of flying out the window at 100km/h when not restrained properly. The parents chose their own actions in not arranging for a car with the necessary restraints, the parents chose to walk home, the parents chose to go out to a restaurant, the parents chose for one of them to wait at the restaurant while the other drives home and gets the baby capsule. Its all about choices.
