I'm in London at the moment, although well to the west of the bombings. Not a lot of news is getting out, just snimpets of information. Going to absolute chaos for millions getting home tonight and given the tube lines affected, it will be some time until transport is re-established across the city. One of the tragedies for civil liberties that may come out of this is public acceptance of the need for ID cards in England. It has been a big debating point over here recently, with much vocal opposition. I hope those voices don't get drowned out by those calling for more security, less personal liberty. Meanwhile, the cricket at Headingley continues, and the Aussies are in trouble at 6 for 161 after 41.4.
