Okay, dropping in another opinion to enrich this thread: Not all cultures are equal, some are more superior than others. And Jesus did say you'd know them by their fruits. 6 of the 7 G7 nations have deep Christian heritages. People flock to live in these countries and share in their fruits. And their accomplishments continue to influence the future of this world, for good and bad. On the other hand, there's something like 30 or 35 different wars going on that are Islamic related. This is a wave of global Islamic expansion that began in Kashmir. But for all the warrior-like aspects of Islam, the nations with deep Islamic heritages have failed to translate this into military clout in comparison to the West, and so Islam must incorporate indirect ways of fighting its perceived enemies because it has failed to develop mighty societies of power and wealth that better provide for its people. And what matters for economic growth is what a country does, not what it has. Japan, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Israel have no natural resources, yet they have successful, developed economies. The Western nations may have many faults about them Akmal, but for the sake of the believers that still reside within these nations, the Lord shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways.
