Apparently the government is the exception to the rule. They can bring us the
best possible education our money can buy with no qualitative metrics at all.
We know this - the teachers union told us. Mere parents armed with the choice of school, teacher, or learning
methodology couldn't possible make such a good decision. I mean - after all,
they are only parents, aren't they?
