Straw: I am entitled to use all necessary force to bar or remove you. I have no obligation to house or feed you just because you turn up on my doorstep cold and hungry. I didn't say anything about housing or feeding me because I'm cold and hungry. If you hadn't forced me to be in your house in a situation where I am unconcious, then of course you can ask me to leave. Re-read my analogy. The important part is that I was taken onto your property without my consent and I am not conscious so cannot move. Are you allowed to now say "please move" and then shoot me? Your rape analogy fails the same test. In the case of a foetus... the foetus has not done anything wrong (like rape). It did not choose to be where it is. Whether the mother intended it or not, she undertook an action that had a risk of pregnancy. Responsibility requires that a person takes responsibility for their actions, whether the outcomes are as they intended or not. Another analogy. Out of frustration, Tex kidnaps JJ and takes him to his house, where he removes JJ's kidneys. He then connects JJ to a machine that keeps him alive. In 6 months, a new kidney will reach the market and JJ will be free to leave. However, after 3 months, Tex gets bored of putting up with JJ constantly praying for him and decides to pull the plug. Of course, Tex owns the plug -- so he can do what he likes right? Hmmm...
