"I'm not sure that property rights can be applied to this situation. A pregnant woman is an organism with two brains. Can we say that any part of that organism is more the property of one brain than the other? " Try destroying one of those brains, and seeing if the organism is still alive. This should give you an answer to which one "owns" the body.
