notepad instead of wordpad. I think word-pad just uses ascii,
and therefore won't use that funny rabbit ear which is either
a 'high bit' character, not understood by the browser. Of course you could just use Linux and solve the problem, but that would mean becoming a token leftie
using free software to stick it to Bill (I-wrote-a-trashy-OS) Gates. Any Windows users know the answer to this one?
