Howsabout the following, hypothetical situation. Someone reads yout views, strawman. This someone decides that the world would be a safer place without your rabid mindlessness inhabiting it. This person plans to kill you, in a very detailed way. Then he lets you now all about the plan, except the place and time of course. Would you feel like you needed protecting? Would you feel that law enforcement should stop the would-be killer? It doesn't matter in any case, your society has laws against it and will act in its own best interests. Say, maybe we should live this theory out, see how *you* chill with other peoples thought crimes....
