I was unaware that the Vietnam war was approved by congress. When did this happen?

Those maintaining the rage since 1975 may take exception to that, but I will argue that it is better that 10 good leaders fall on their swords than one tyrant take dictatorial control.

Saddam is a case in point.

Untrue. Howard can call elections any time within three years, but not beyond.
