It doesn't say anything of the kind, it's all just more ambiguity which seems to be open to an insane and extreme interpretation alongside the peaceful and sensible. Sure there are a whole bunch of murderous lunatics, but they aren't in the majority (I'm not saying they are not large in number, but the LGF crowd sure do make alot of ignorant generalisations).
