Do you want the exact number of all innocent people that have been killed in history? How do you define innocent - I'm sure (as christians would say) that "we've all sinned". Or does the use of the word "executed" imply only government killings? Sorry, but I just don't have the time. Even if I did, reasonable detail would not exist. Though you probably mean U.S. government killings - and even then you'll probably exclude things like Waco and just look at death penalty cases. But now my excuses for not giving an answer grows to three... I don't have the time; the information is probably insufficient; and I don't give a fuck. So, I'm sorry that I can't be of any help to you. If it is U.S. information you're after, I suggest that people from the U.S. might have a better knowledge.
