I haven't taken a position in my article whether it's against international law or not, (though my opinions on 'international law' are documented elsewhere). The point of the article is that Simon Crean has (once again) made a stupid political error. Arguing whether Australia's action are (or aren't) against international law really are .. er .. arguing the Strawman. Illegality -- DrShirnk 2003-03-21
