There is a huge difference to using alcohol to incapacitate someone, and a drunk person losing their inhibitions and regretting it. And if you can't remember - you shouldn't drink that much. We go so far to say there should be no gun laws so home invasions, sex offences go down in number, due to deterrence. We are totally against prohibiting sex between consenting adults - paying or not. I don't knbow how you can be so serious and then be so flippant... I think you should post again to your site to say you were confused about what Libertarians actually think.
