"If making a war go to plan were a measure of success, then the score so far would have to go to Saddam. Saddam promised the Americans hell, and that's pretty much what they gotten so far." I guess this is true if your idea of Saddam raising hell is....
a) losing massive amounts of his own territory, including his port city
b) having his air force eliminated and his airfields captured
c) a bunch of futile and ineffective SCUD launches
d) suffering a military kill ratio which seems to be running at around 50:1 against(at least), and a prisoner ratio of 1000:1 against
e) having his armour reserves and his intelligence/communications infrastructure wiped out
f) not being able to mount a single successful counterattack
g) having his opponents' biggest delay being caused by the weather If this is what Saddam 'giving 'em hell' looks like, his failures should be something to watch.....
