So in other words, for all you know you did consent but can't remember. I've done the same thing many times, been too drunk to remember anything and woken up next to a girl who I wouldn't have chosen to have sex with had I had the use of all my faculties. That doesn't mean I was raped, though. It just means I was drunk and stupid. Referring to your episode as "non-consensual" is a dangerous thing to say. You are putting a guy who could be perfectly innocent in the firing line of a jail sentence. I hope I never run into someone like you in a nightclub.
