You could argue that thinking of people in isolation is redundant. Rights are personal, but onyl meaningul with other people interacting with you. Objectivists base morality on logic, aesthetics etc. Strawman seems to draw a lot from this, I agree with a fair heap of it, but I would not describe myself as objectivist. " Therefore, morality is a collective phenomenon." I would have called it a social phenomenon. Having the label of collective doesn't give the Govenrment the right to enforce it. Only to defend yor rights. Enforcing morality would negate some rights as morality is bigger than negative rights. Hence the Govenrment should have no say in abortion or how much you deserve your income.
