Tempting. We don't have to be friends with them just because our neighbours. We just need have a well defined
border, and be willing to shoot anyone who crosses the line. Of course The Empire of Indonesia is likely to implode before it becomes powerful enough to threaten Australia militarily. All we need to do is to concentrate on containment.While outright aggression is tempting, simply adopting an aggressive border protection policy is a pretty good option too.
