You have a value system that says that certain morals should not be imposed. And I suspect that you would be prepared to legislate or constitutionally encode a lot of your particular value set. No doubt you would be prepare to codify the separation of state and religion. I would suggest that you are more than willing to use legislation to impose your morals. And even if you have superior morals (libertarian) it does not change the reality of what you would be doing.
