I presume this guy is doing a humourous immitation of an idiot. Quite a good likeness too! Not totally convincing though. The problem is that real idiots normally at least get one or two things right... just by accident. For this crowbar to get everything wrong I can only assume that was his actual intention. "...mown down by fascist police... fact."! lol. I love it! :)
