"I hope those voices don't get drowned out by those calling for more security, less personal liberty." If this is al Qaida, then they recieve funding and training from al Qaida. Not enough force of arms has been applied to destroying the al Qaida netowrk. It didn't happen because another layer of buraeacracy wasn't piled on the Bristish security system.
