I have said this elsewhere, Paluine shouldn't be in jail, because plain and simple, electoral funding is immoral and shouln't exist. Would a 3 year sentence matter if the judiciary was more accountable (i.e elected or privatised), and a more consistent approach to sentencing was taken?
