I don't think you can call marriage a contract, or if you can, it is so different from other contracts, and so interfered with by the government, as to make it a different beast entirely. As to the breach of faith, she undertook with her husband, let us suppose, not to have sex with anyone else. She broke it. It's entirely between her and him. You have not, we are assuming, given an undertaking to her, or to him, not to try to have sex with her: that would be unreasonable!
