It's getting to the stage where they can only avoid them if they avoid de facto marriage, as well as de jure marriage. I was at a gathering of 3 men recently, aged between 33 and 48, and every one of them had been arse-raped in the courts, to pay women's way for nothing in return. Whatever the form of marriage law should be, certainly the de facto relationship laws should be abolished, so that the only one-size-fits-all template of sexual and family morality that can be applied to all people, is one that they opt to enter into themselves.
