By my count, you give 4 examples of bad US foreign policy, a half an example of good US foreign policy (using the bomb in WWII), and many examples of the US ignoring the UN. Now, I happen to agree that the US's foreign policy is too expansionist - but I think you're missing the woods for the trees a bit when you complain about the US not joining the ICC, or making their UN payments late.
