Yeah, just like those pesky activists in China who cry "show trial". That's because it would be forced labour. NEED completion? Like what? NEED? What will happen if they don't get completed? Are you saying that this infrastructure is more wanted than what would be completed in a free market? In a state of full employment, there would be no shortage of jobs. Only in an encumbered market. Or, if unemployed people finding work creates growth, increases velocity of economy, therefore in a state of underemployment, they should be forced to work? The answer to this is also no, all "job creation" destroys jobs, and diverts resources away from things they would otherwise be spent on in a free market.
