- No-one claimed that the PM was blameless - they said he was a goose.
- The PM didn't have a 15cm piece of metal sticking out of his car (unless you

- The PM didn't resist arrest.
- The PM's car was still (presumably) insured, so any injured party would
be paid compensation.
- The PM was only putting himself at risk at risk by not wearing his seat belt.

PM assault the police.
- Yes the PM is a goose, and deserved an infringement notice (not because
people who don't wear seat-belts should get infringement notices, but
because he is the one who resides over the idiocy that makes the rest of
us liable to get one for doing the same thing.
