intellectuals through the streets they were 'moving towards communism'. Through
the Great Leap Forward when people melted down their cooking pots in backyard
smelters to produce useless lumps of metal - they were 'moving towards
communism'. They were actually aspiring to what North Korea already has - near starvation
under an oppressive ruling elite. Funny, I thought what they had in mind was a bit more .. equitable.
