No, the Parliament is supreme, it can simply legislate over any decision of the high court as long the act required to do so is not unconstitutional. In short, Parlaiment can legislate away your rights. Besides the power the commonwealth has explicitly, the States can legislate away all other rights. There is nothing stopping the States in doing so if it does not interfere with the exlcusive powers of the Commonwealth. Although, if a liberal minded Government challenged some State laws regarding hate speech, they may be able to do this successfully, the High Court has found we have an "implied right to free speech".
