- Living in one of your luxury presidential palaces (while the rest of your population
suffers in abject poverty). That may make you easy to find.
- Putting your picture on TV every night. That may make you easy to
identify.
- Not being a religious leader. This means that all the people protecting
you are doing it for money (or power). This means that you can't trust anyone
not to give you up.
- Committing many attrocities against your population. This means you can be
sure that most of the population will give you up.
- Declaring war on your neighbours. This means that you can't hide in his
neighbour's place.
There are some probably some others too, but I'll leave the rest up to the
CIA. They are paid to think of these things on a Saturday night, and I'm
missing the movie on TV.
