I have yet to hear a case of a healthy (that includes mentally), educated (read Literate & Numerate) adult being poor other than through bad decisions. For my elucidation, just outline a hypothetical case study of such a person. Is it possible to construct such a story and remain coherent ? Note that I refuse to accept "relative poverty" - our case must actually be unable meet one (or more) of the basic needs of food, shelter, clothing and warmth. No car, no TV, no ISP account, or a cheap hairdo don't qualify.
