As a 'used to be' teacher, I am wondering what you know about the profession. The kids are pumped up by peer pressure, they know that there is little that teachers can do to discipline them, and teachers are faced with 30 odd kids who have learning disabilities, problems at home, attention deficit issues, puberty, nutrition problems, hygiene issues, you name it. Nobody denies that bullying goes on, you're just making that up to suit your story. The problem is, how are teachers expected to deal with it when they have so much else going on.
