10 weeks, making them wear shackles and repeatedly strip-searching them. Some people might enjoy this experience, but not very many. This miscarriage of justice may be addressed by compensation in the future,
and we may argue about whether the compensation is adequate, but as at now -
the miscarriage of justice still stands.
