A method of integrating them into our society is certainly needed. But they definitely deserve the choice to continue their traditional method of living. Even if many can't comprehend it, there are those who do consider a life of the land a vastly superior option to modern capitalism. Yes - even if the life expectancy is lower. From what I understand Libertarianism is about personal choice and freedom. Then why do you have so much trouble understanding why some might decide another culture is better than your own? You can point to flimsy evidence of genital mutilation or clashing of tribes to show how barbaric they are, but you can also point out plenty of negatives in our own way of life. It's a matter of choice and personal preference. Cultural relativism has nothing to do with it - capitalist society might be our personal preference, but I can totally understand why indigenous Australians might strive to maintain their relationship with the end - even if it does have it's difficulties. "Cultural relativism" has become this term to throw at anyone who might consider another culture equal to or better than our own... sorry, but that's bullshit.
