Sure, the combination of open borders and no welfare state (including and end to free health, schooling etc.) is a libertarian position. But while the welfare state continues, surely Strawman can favour tight borders and still be deemed libertarian. Nonetheless, some libertarians might want an open border to put so much pressure on the welfare state such that it collapses (a bit of a risky strategy given the ease of increasing taxes). Strawman - ease off us public servants man.
