There are plenty of usefull things people can do that wouldn't be actually paid for by the private sector. Cleaning the shit up off the road, there's one. Yeah, it's a crap job, but think of it as an incentive to finish high school, 'Davo'. We get clean roads, the potato heads get used to getting out of bed early, the welfare is spent anyway. Result!
