Sounds exactly like our problems here in the good old USA. There is exactly nothing wrong with integrating into society, never has been, never will be. It should be something that anyone coming to another nation with the intent to stay for more than a couple years should be prepared to do... else they should pick a nation with a culture they'd rather integrate into and move there, or just stay home.
