I beleive the correct motto is "To serb & detest"! Attitude of the cops is a bit like that Vietnam comment; "we had to destroy the village to save it". It is a good thing this bloke wasn't trying to kill himself coz then the cops would have, you know...killed him to stop him killing...er you get me?
