Property rights violations from the start - neither workers nor the bosses property rights are respected in John Howrd's IR. The "greater possibilities" leads to one big stinkin mess because of the non seperation of state and commerce. I don't think union busting is the answer either. There is nothing wrong with voluntary collectivism, but there is everything wrong when collectives usurps the property rights of anyone. Once the state comes into individual relationships, it's downhill from then on. To my knowledge, Aust Law is based on Common Law principles - property rights and contract law. Is there anyway to challenge the govt or the state on the grounds of common law?
